“93A Avenue, on the south side of Ottewell Community League, is dug up from part way into 58 St all the way west nearly to Ottewell Road. Access is on foot from 58 St at the corner of 93A Avenue. Parking is available on both sides of 58 St north of 93A Avenue. There is no access to the community league parking lot, or to the St. Brendan School parking lot across the avenue.”
