Once you confirm your email or mobile number, your registration is complete. We send your pass right away — nothing to print, and nothing else to do before the show.

Yes. Choose how many passes you need when you register (up to 4, including you). Everyone in your group is on the same pass.

The Confluence keeps the current details on its own Plan Your Visit page. In short: the City Hall LRT station is three blocks west, on both the Red and Blue lines, and buses 1, 302 and 411 stop nearby. It is a ten-minute walk from downtown along the RiverWalk, which is also the way in by bike, along with the 9th Avenue bike path. Parking on site is paid, and construction on 9th Avenue can close one of the two entrances, so transit is the easier arrival. Anything you see there about opening hours or admission is for the venue's own exhibits — our concert is outdoors on the grounds, and free.

The Confluence publishes its own site accessibility guide, covering both the cultural centre and the parkland. The grounds are ringed by the paved RiverWalk pathways and the information panels around the site sit on paved paths, and there are accessible washrooms in the Lower Barracks.
